What Nihao Routes is

Nihao Routes (nihaoroutes.com) is an independent website with travel guides about China and a free trip request form. We are not a travel agency. We don't sell travel services, take payments or enter into travel contracts.

Trip requests and bookings

When you send a trip request, we pass it to a licensed travel agency in China. Any plan, quote, contract and payment is between you and that agency, under the agency's own terms. The agency is responsible for the services it sells. When you book, the agency pays us a referral fee. Sending a request is free and doesn't oblige you to book.

Confinement center requests

When you send a confinement center request, we pass it to a partner company in China. We don't arrange hospital care or births, and we don't give medical advice. Any quote, booking, contract and payment is between you, that company and the center, and they're responsible for the services they provide. If you go ahead, the company pays us a referral fee.

Our guides

We research our guides carefully and list our sources, but visa rules, ticket systems, prices and timetables in China change often. Guides are general information, not legal, medical or financial advice. Check official sources before you travel; links to them are on each guide.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Nihao Routes isn't liable for losses arising from use of the site or from services provided by travel agencies, confinement centers or other third parties.
